Delivery
Expected delivery time is between 2-6 days, depending on in which country you reside. We always offer free shipping with every order. Orders made before 14.00 are generally shipped the same day.
International Taxed and Customs Charges
International customers may be required to play sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges duffer depending on the country and stat of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. TIGELLE is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment if your order.

Pricing
Every product is shown including tax. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, taxes and method of payment. We shall use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that prices as quoted on our site are correct. Information displayed on this site relating to pricing is subject to change by us without notice, but the prices on the site at the time of any order placed will be the prices applicable to that order.
Where the price for a product is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount on dispatch. However, we are have no obligation to sell the Product to you at the incorrect lower price if the error is obvious and noticeable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as incorrect.
If the correct product price is higher than the price on the site we will either contact you before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
Orders
The purchaser must be at least 18 years old. Clients under 18 must obtain parental consent before the purchase is carried out. Orders made in another person's name without his or her consent, or or orders otherwise involving the Tigelle to suffer financial losses will be reported to the police.
Return Policy and 30 days Open Purchase
Under the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days after you have received the goods and without specific reason. Some goods (eg bikini bottoms and swimsuits) are exempt from the right of return and changes due to hygienic reasons. These goods are delivered in a sealed plastic bag. Breaking this seal voids the right to return.
Unclaimed packages
If the package is left uncollected at the delivery point the buyer will be charged with a minimum fee of €30. This fee covers the costs of return shipping, handling and administration.
