TIGELLE POLICY

  • - We offer a refund, store credit coupon or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order
  • - Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached
  • - The store credit coupon will be issued for the amount of the piece/s returned excluding the original shipping cost 
  • - Please note, any return item received by us outside of the 30 day return policy will not be accepted. Once receive at Tigelle, this return item will be automatically shipped back to you.
  • - The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Tigelle for an exchange or a e-store credit coupon are not covered or reimbursed by us

 

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • - Simply email info@tigelle.com and we will give you the information and return form required.
  • - We recommend to use a tracked method for safe delivery. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange.

 

WHAT IF THERE IS A FAULT?

  • - In the unlikely case that you receive a faulty item, please email us at info@tigelle.com
  • - We will personally assist you to quickly resolve the issue
